*A load in the dish washer and Del grabs their winter gear and manages to sneak Siren and herself out the back, away from the war in the front yard.* Too many emotions for too long, I needed a break. So what do you think? *Del asks seeking approval.*

"I don't know what you were so worried about. That's a fantastic group of people you're related to." Siren comments, blowing his breath out, watching the cloud it makes infront of his face.

Fantastic, but insane too. We are well excentric, but in a good way. I know it probably isn't what you are used to. *Del says concerned.*

"Used to?" He laughs. "I'm used to living either on my own, or in communes, Del. Scenes like that are about 40 % of my living experience."

*Del looks very relieved,* ] Communes? I didn't know you lived in communes. *Del says leading him off into the woods.*

"Well... maybe 'commune' is the wrong word, but you know how it get's sometimes. Person X is living in their grandparents house while the old-folks tour South America, and Y, who is dating X rents the rooms to bring in some extra money, so you've got ABC and D who are roomates, with EF and G being various relations to the borders, plus pets, etcetra, etcetra." He waved his hand in the air to show how crazy it all was.

Good, then we aren't over whelming you. Well I know Christams isn't one of you holidays, what do you celebrate? Or nonpracticing at all? *Del asks.*

He laughs. "Almost everyone in Japan celebrates Christmas just the way you do here in the states. Only it's less about the birth of Christ, and more about family and presents."

Both very important, but with my grandmother Christams is about the birth of Christ. Midnight mass in town followed by coming home to presents. I think I can get you and Emiko out of the mass. *Del suggest.*

"I'm not particularly intrested, but I'll go. I'd ask Emiko if she wants to go or not before you count her out. New experiences and all that." Siren points out.

I guess as long as she can hold a candle for an hour and not burn the church down it is fine by me. *Del continues, she is dodging her feelings and she knows it. She doesn't want to talk about her sister taking off.*

"Well... ask her." Siren says, and leans against a tree. "So." He looks at her.

I will. *Del says, still not thinking about her sister.*

Siren raises his eyes. "You're unusually tence, darling." he comments. "What are you feeling?" He stretches his music awareness of Del, trying to get a better read on her emotions- not necesscarily an easy thing to do.

She hates me. *Del says sadly, quietly.* I-I didn't think it was really hate, I thought she was angry or something. I thought we could work throught it.
